我运动,我快乐

那么多的运动项目,跑步♂游泳,篮球,足球,羽毛球或者撸铁… 有那么一项两项兴趣爱好,而且能长期坚持的,怎么说生活和心灵总不至于太空虚吧https://magapp4.0574bbs.com/public/emotion/face_007.png 诸多的运动项目里,本人始终热衷于游泳。游泳相对于其他项目,感觉相对更加朴实,不需要奢华的装备,不会有太多的伤害,不需要组队…有泳友一起游自然最好,独自游也颇有一人饮酒醉的快乐
9.20日,参加了一次活动——宁波梅山湾马拉松游泳挑战赛,全程是10公里,因为太久没有户外游了,就报了个6.5公里的前半程组。(之前最长记录也只有5公里)
活动开始时间很早,全程组下水是早上6:00,前半程组下水6:15,之前还有开幕式、检录等相关流程,都是前一日就提前入驻酒店的。9月19日下午独自驱车前往,高速上雨很大,索性安全到达https://magapp4.0574bbs.com/public/emotion/face_022.png
当晚,本队的队员在酒店边上菜馆小聚了一下,可能是因为年糕吃多了加上吃完就回去躺着了,大半夜的胃胀的难受,心里想着完了这样的状态咋游…
4:15响了,起床,简单洗漱整理装备,然后吃早饭,5点登上活动的接驳大巴,中途还停靠了另一个酒店,总车程也就10几分钟就来到活动地点——万年卡美丽亚.万博鱼游艇会。

清晨的朝阳映衬着美丽的港湾,还显得很静谧,而离大巴下车点不远的活动现场,各项准备工作已经如火如荼的进行着,全程组的参赛选手已经开始检录入场……
穿戴好装备、寄存完物品,进行了简单的拉伸和合影后,我们前半程组也按照计划时间准时出发。游出去十几米,发现自己的表没按开始https://magapp4.0574bbs.com/public/emotion/face_023.png
开始游,还是感觉胃胀,依旧有点担心,也不敢很拼,于是自由泳,蛙泳交替游,等到达B点登记点(补剂点),差不多已经缓解下来了。喝了几口水做短暂的休息,就开始返程,基本全程自由泳。离终点大概不到1公里时候突然发现差点跟错队伍,游全程组的路线了https://magapp4.0574bbs.com/public/emotion/face_023.png ……马上调整加速,终于看到人头攒动 的终点啦https://magapp4.0574bbs.com/public/emotion/face_025.png终于安全顺利返回https://magapp4.0574bbs.com/public/emotion/face_026.png 工作人员递上成绩卡,一看2小时14分钟10秒,嗯,自己还是比较满意的,哈哈 本组最好成绩据说是1小时37分的大神,敬佩https://magapp4.0574bbs.com/public/emotion/face_076.png 经过这次6.5公里试练,确定明年可以报全程啦

10.4下午,去健身房撸了会儿铁,主要做了推胸、夹胸。实在是太久没有做器械了,昨天胳膊肘酸,今天已经发展成为伸不直状态啦https://magapp4.0574bbs.com/public/emotion/face_016.png
想想还是游泳,肌肉酸痛,关节损伤几乎不存在的,长期不游顶多就水感差了,游不长、游不快。
